Paw Scout Squad is a curated pet-lifestyle platform that scouts and brings thoughtfully selected pet products from around the world to Singapore. We focus on quality, functionality, safety, and design, because your pet deserves better than random impulse buys.
What kind of products do you carry?
We offer a rotating selection of pet accessories, lifestyle goods, enrichment items, toys, apparel, and pet-friendly essentials. Every item is handpicked based on usefulness, material quality, and real-life testing.
Do you test the products yourselves?
Yes. Products are either personally tested by our team or carefully vetted through supplier reviews, certifications, and feedback. If we wouldn’t use it for our own pets, it doesn’t make the cut.
Ordering & Products
Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. All products sold on Paw Scout Squad are 100% authentic and sourced directly from brand owners or authorized distributors.
Some items are sold out. Will they be restocked?
Restocks depend on brand availability and demand. Limited-edition or small-batch items may not return. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for restock updates.
Do you accept custom or special orders?
At the moment, we do not offer custom orders. However, we are always open to feedback and product suggestions.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship within Singapore. International shipping may be available in the future.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Can I return an item if my pet doesn’t like it?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or pet preference, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Are your products safe for pets?
Yes, safety is a priority. However, pets should always be supervised when using toys or accessories, especially chews or enrichment items.

Do you participate in pop-up markets or events?
Yes. Paw Scout Squad regularly joins pet-friendly pop-ups and events. Event details are announced on our social media channels.
Are prices the same online and at pop-ups?
Prices are generally consistent, but exclusive promotions or bundles may be available at events.
